We moved into our house built by Caspian Developments in January 2020, and it was then we came into contact with Andrew, as he is a Director within the building firm.

As with many new properties, a small number of technical issues became apparent, and with his role within Caspian Developments it was Andrew that we had the major contact with.

It soon became very clear that he is very talented in many areas of house construction and it was over a period of time that these technical issues were resolved and corrected when his work schedule allowed. When necessary Andrew was able to quickly arrange for other tradesmen to attend who had skills outside Andrew’s. These tradesmen spoke in glowing terms of Andrew. Throughout the times Andrew was in our house he displayed most pleasing levels of communication on many subjects besides his own technical knowledge and he has a good sense of humour.

It is very obvious that with Andrew you have a highly skilled craftsman with great family conections and an acute awareness of business accumen, alongside a most pleasing nature and manner and it has and will always be a pleasure to have dealings with him.

Naser, Andy and the team are local developers with an excellent reputation that they strive consistently to maintain.  Many of their team have worked with them for years and all are treated like family.

We bought our house whilst it was still under construction which could have led to cost-savings or corner cutting but not with Caspian.  The team took our requirements on board and were courteous, professional and responsive at all times. Any minor snags have been addressed without question, even months after completion.  We couldn’t be happier with the result and would recommend them without hesitation.

We would like to thank you and Nasser for helping us to settle in our new house in Maple Gardens. Moving from a different area is always challenging but thanks to your assistance and understanding life has been excellent and we both feel truly at home.

We have now been in our lovely new home for 6 months and wanted to say how pleased we are with everything.  The build quality is of the very highest standards and it has been a very enjoyable living experience.  As with any new build there are bound to be a few snagging issues, for us thankfully remarkably few, however, it is the speed and quality of a satisfactory resolution that really matters.  Caspian, the on site team and individual trades have been absolutely exemplary in dealing with any problems and we cannot praise the company highly enough.

We have previously purchased several new properties, but none have come close to the overall quality of the structure and fixings Caspian achieve.  It has been an absolute pleasure to witness a workforce building to the very highest  standards, especially in an industry not always noted for this quality.

Would we buy another property from Caspian? Absolutely and without any hesitation, however, we have no intention of moving being very happy and settled in our new house.

Since the beginning of the build, you, and all your people have been so friendly, thoughtful and helpful in every way. You have all gone the extra mile to ensure that the build process was executed seamlessly from the start. You have been extremely generous and accommodating to both Katrina and I and we cannot begin to thank you enough.

As for the house, the build quality and standards are outstanding to say the least. The attention to detail both inside and outside is absolutely superb. This should not come as a surprise, as everyone speaks so highly of Caspian Developments, from your suppliers, right down to the people who work with you. This is an achievement that you should be so proud of, as it is probably unrivalled in the building industry. If during your future developments, prospective buyers feel the need for assurances, we would be very happy to offer our absolute recommendation.

We have been very pleased with the high standard of our house. The attention to detail has been remarkably high and the care and attention that was put into the preparation for us prior to moving in has been second to none. As we have been living here for a while now we have certainly had no issues or problems along the way. The house is certainly one of the best we have ever lived in by far. However, should we have had questions they have been dealt with quickly, in a friendly manner, and efficiently.

Barrie – St Leonards

On my first visit to the bungalow built by Caspian Development in Oaks Drive St. Leonards I was totally impressed with the quality of the build, the standard of the materials used and the excellent finish by all the trades working on the project. My wife and I met with Mr Naser Rezai the owner on the day of the viewing and agreed to buy the property immediately. Now we have been living in the house for a couple of months our opinion remains the same. This house has very quickly become our new home.

Having worked most of my life in the building industry, it is heartening to know that there are still companies and tradesmen who can deliver the quality product and finish that this house has. I would like to thank everyone for the work done.

Also I am very pleased with the aftersales service I have received. The queries over some of the technical installation and minimal problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

We have been in our house for just over a month and now that we are hooked up to the internet we thought we would drop you a line to tell you how impressed we are with our new home.

From conversations with local people, who have lived in the area for a lot longer than us, we have discovered that you have a reputation for seeking out desirable locations in which to build. We certainly think that our house is situated in a mini “Shangri La”.

The build quality appears to be exemplary. It may be tempting fate to make any sort of statement referring to lack of problems surfacing since we have been here, but so far so good. And Andy is
always at the end of the phone if we need to fix anything, seek advice or reassurance.

Everyone, from the removal men to the postman, has commented on how attractive the house and location is. There have also been favourable comments about the planting that you did in the
garden and run up to the house.

We would just like to say thank you for doing such a splendid job. Caspian Developments are a boutique builder of beautiful homes and we are very happy to have bought one.
